Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains what information Rancho Madroño collects when you visit ranchomadrono.com or send us an inquiry (through our website or through a Facebook or Instagram form), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Rancho Madroño, 738 New Northrup Ranch Rd, Pipe Creek, TX 78063. Phone (346) 302-4613. Email info@ranchomadrono.com.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect what you give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The hunt or stay you are interested in, your preferred dates, and your preferred lodge
- The number of hunters and non-hunting guests
- Any notes, trophy goals or special requests you write
When you visit the site, our advertising tools (see "Advertising and cookies" below) receive basic visit information, such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and whether you tap our phone number or send an inquiry. Our website hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your hunt or stay
- To contact you by phone or email about your inquiry or reservation
- To understand which of our ads and pages bring in inquiries, so we can improve them
- To keep our site working and secure
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers to run the ranch's website and inquiries:
- Supabase: stores website inquiries.
- Resend: sends the ranch team an email when a new inquiry comes in.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Google: runs our Google search ads and measures, through the Google tag, whether ads lead to inquiries.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): runs our ads, measures results through the Meta Pixel, and collects information you submit through our Facebook or Instagram lead forms. Meta's use of that information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel and the Google tag to measure how people respond to our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested. The Pixel may set cookies in your browser. We do not send your name, email or phone number to the Pixel or the Google tag when you submit an inquiry. You can manage the ads you see at facebook.com/adpreferences, or block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage reservations, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see "Your choices").
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@ranchomadrono.com or call (346) 302-4613 and we will respond as soon as we can. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will stop contacting you.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or storage service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
